VENDOR POLICY -
Vendor packages are available for use immediately after purchase. Vendor packages will auto-draft from your account monthly until your vendor package is cancelled, you can request cancellation anytime. If a digital listing is included in your selected vendor package please provide all requested information as soon as possible and allow 3-5 business days for your listing to be made available on our platforms. We can not create partial listings, we need all of the requested information from you before we can create your vendor listing. Vendor packages are a service and are final sale and non-refundable. By purchasing a vendor package you agree to abide by all Dexter and Joy Flea Market terms and conditions written above.
VENDOR DUTIES -
Vendors are considered third party merchants. Vendors are responsible for fulfilling all of their own orders in a timely manner. Three customer complaints in a 30 day period may result in vendor termination. Vendors assume all liability for their own products and customer relations. Vendors may not source other vendors from Dexter and Joy Flea Market.
VENDOR PACKAGE CANCELLATION - You may cancel your vendor package at any time by requesting cancellation in writing (email). You must request cancellation 24 hours before your next payment is scheduled to draft to avoid being charged. Once your vendor package is cancelled you will continue to have access to your vendor benefits until the payment expires (the time and date when your next payment would be set to draft). We reserve the right to cancel a vendor package at any time for any reason, which may include the removal of any digital listings. Vendor packages are a service and are final sale and non-refundable.
